The shares of BlackBerry (NYSE:BB) jumped 15% in premarket trading following a fiscal first-quarter earnings report where it posted revenue that more than doubled year-over-year and sharply narrowed its operating loss. In the earnings report, BlackBerry said it will discuss its outlook in connection with the quarterly earnings announcement on its earnings conference call.
eVTOL industry players are on the move after Joby Aviation (NYSE:JOBY) landed an FAA certificate for its first production prototype. JOBY is up 14% in early trade, while Archer Aviation (NYSE:ACHR) is about 9% higher. Lilium is also continuing its big run for the fourth day in a row, climbing 18% premarket, after receiving an FAA certification on Monday.
Shares of CorMedix (NASDAQ:CRMD) plunged about 21% in premarket trading after the company priced its 7.5 million shares of common stock at $4.00 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase 2.5M shares of its common stock at a price of $3.999 per pre-funded warrant, for total gross proceeds of $40 million.
Black Diamond Therapeutics (NASDAQ:BDTX) stock plunged nearly 10% in premarket trading as the firm plans to raise $75 million in capital via a stock offering.
